Damaged Parcel Policy

This policy explains what to do if your Solrion parcel arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or clearly different from what you ordered.
1. Report within 24 hours
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact Solrion within 24 hours after delivery. Delayed reports may be harder to verify with the courier or supplier.
2. Information to provide
- Order number and product name.
- Photos of the outer parcel before disposal.
- Photos of the product, damage, missing item or wrong item.
- An unboxing video if available.
- A short explanation of the issue.
3. Keep the parcel and product
Keep the packaging, accessories and product until Solrion confirms the next step. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from Solrion.
4. Review process
Solrion will review the case and assist according to the situation. Possible outcomes may include troubleshooting, replacement instructions, return instructions, refund review or courier claim support, depending on the evidence and order status.
