This Warranty Policy explains the basic Solrion support process for products purchased from Solrion checkout. It should be read together with the product page, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Warranty support scope
Warranty support depends on the product type, order record, issue type and supplier or service arrangement available for that item. If the product page includes a specific warranty statement, that product-page statement applies together with this policy.
2. Proof of purchase
To request warranty support, contact Solrion with proof of purchase, order number, product name, photos or videos showing the issue, and a short description of how the product was used.
3. Exclusions
Warranty support may be refused for issues caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, unsuitable wiring or socket conditions, accidental damage, water damage, missing parts after delivery, normal wear, or use outside normal household conditions.
4. Inspection and next steps
Solrion will review the information provided and may request additional photos, videos or troubleshooting steps. If the issue is accepted for warranty handling, Solrion will provide the next instruction before any return or replacement process begins.
