Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solrion.
1. Shipping area
We currently ship within Malaysia only.
2. Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 0-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during peak campaign periods may require additional processing time.
3. Delivery time
After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for most serviceable areas in Malaysia. Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.
4. Shipping fee
Shipping fees vary by product, destination, package size, courier coverage, and checkout conditions. The final shipping fee shown at checkout will apply to your order. Food items and selected products are not covered by any blanket free-shipping promise unless checkout or the product page explicitly says so.
5. Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not supported on Solrion checkout. Please complete payment using the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct before completing your order. Solrion is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information. If a parcel needs to be re-arranged because of an address issue, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Tracking and courier updates
When tracking information is available, it will be shared using the contact details provided with your order. Actual delivery timing may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other events outside Solrion's direct control.
8. Damaged parcel or delivery issue
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact Solrion within 24 hours after delivery and provide:
- photos of the parcel
- photos of the product
- an unboxing video if available
After review, we will assist according to the case.
